We formulate our own PVC compounds in-house from carefully selected ingredients rather than using a generic mix, which gives our submersible wire genuinely strong heat-resistant properties alongside the tensile strength needed to survive repeated coiling and installation without the insulation thinning at the bends.

Our wires carry strong insulation resistance and volume resistivity, which keeps current flowing where it's supposed to instead of leaking through degraded insulation into the surrounding water. For added protection, our double-insulated constructions use a primary layer of virgin-grade PVC coated with a secondary, skin-coloured PVC layer.
